Cookie Policy

1. Scope

This Cookie Policy applies to every page on dhesitrades.com, including the homepage, the education hub, and all subpages. External sites we link to and platforms we operate on (such as the marketplace we sell on, YouTube, and social media) have their own cookie policies.

2. What is a cookie

A cookie is a small text file that a site can store in your browser. Cookies are used to remember things, like whether you have already accepted a banner, or to track activity across sites. Similar technologies, like local storage and pixels, behave in comparable ways.

3. What we set

Dhesi Trades LLC does not set first-party tracking cookies. We use Vercel Analytics and PostHog for aggregate usage analytics; both use anonymous visitor IDs and store no personally identifying information. We do not run advertising pixels, retargeting tags, or cross-site tracking scripts.

4. What third-party services run

Some pages on the site embed widgets from third parties. When you interact with these widgets, the third party may set cookies in your browser under its own privacy policy. The ones we use today:

• Kit (ConvertKit). Receives the waitlist form submissions across the site. Submitting the form sends your email (and name or phone if you give them) to Kit; the form itself does not set cookies in your browser. Kit privacy policy.
• YouTube. Hosts the live stream and replay players on /live. May set cookies related to playback, session, and aggregated viewer stats when the player loads or you press play. Google cookie policy.

These cookies are loaded only when you interact with the widget. If you do not load the video player and do not submit the waitlist form, no third-party cookies are set.

5. How to control cookies

All modern browsers let you view, block, or delete cookies. Look for “cookie settings” or “site data” under the privacy section of your browser preferences. Blocking third-party cookies in your browser settings is the most effective opt-out for the embeds described above.

If you want a list of cookies you can opt out of, your browser's developer tools (Storage tab) will show every cookie set by the current page.

6. Do Not Track

We do not respond to Do Not Track signals because we do not store personally identifying tracking data on you in the first place. Vercel Analytics and PostHog aggregate page views with anonymous visitor IDs.

7. Changes

If we add a new third-party embed that sets cookies, we will update this page. The “last updated” date at the top shows when the policy last changed.
