We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under eighteen years of age.

Text messaging (SMS) program

By checking the consent box in our website chat widget and submitting your phone number, you agree to receive recurring informational and transactional text messages from Dhesi Trades LLC, including updates about the livestream, the waitlist, and related announcements.

  • Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
  • Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. After you send STOP, we will confirm your opt-out and you will no longer receive messages from us.

  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No sharing of mobile information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for any monetary or other consideration.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding vendors and service providers acting solely on our behalf to deliver the messages you requested.

When we share information

We share personal information only in these limited situations:

  • Service providers. With vendors who help us operate our website, communications, and text messaging (for example, our messaging platform provider), solely so they can perform services for us. They are not permitted to use your information for their own marketing.
