Refund policy

1. All sales are final

Every purchase of access to a Dhesi Trades LLC program is final, with no exceptions. We do not offer refunds, returns, or partial credits once a purchase completes and access has been granted. This is a digital product: access is delivered the moment your payment clears, so you have everything you paid for right away.

We state this plainly here, on the checkout page, and on your receipt. Buying with that policy in front of you is acceptance of it.

2. What "all sales are final" means

Because every sale is final, none of the following is grounds for money back:

• "I changed my mind." You saw the policy before you paid. The free YouTube stream and the education library are there so you can decide before you buy, not after.
• "I lost money trading this week." Trading carries substantial risk of loss. Your trading results are not the product. Access to what you purchased is.
• "I haven't used it yet." Access was granted the moment payment cleared. Not using what you bought is not a reason to undo the purchase.
• "The market was bad this week." Markets do what markets do. We don't price to market conditions and we don't unwind sales based on them.

3. Decide before you buy

Because this is a no-refund policy, make the call before you pay. The stream is free on YouTube every weekday, 9 to 11 AM ET, and the education library is free to read. Watch how Dhesi actually trades, sit through a few sessions, and join the paid side only when you're sure. If you're not sure yet, stay on the free side until you are.

4. Questions and support

For any question about your purchase or your access, email support@dhesitrades.com with:

• The email address you used to purchase.
• The date of purchase (or the Whop receipt id if you have it handy).
• A sentence or two on what you need.

We respond within five business days. You can also reach us through Whop's built-in support channel; the ticket and the email route to the same operator inbox with the same response window.

5. Chargebacks and disputes

If you believe something is wrong with a charge, contact us first so we can look into it before you file a chargeback. Chargebacks filed without contacting us are reported to Whop's fraud team and can result in permanent account removal, which forfeits all future access to Dhesi Trades LLC programs. We track chargeback patterns to protect the community from bad-faith actors.

6. Subscriptions and click-to-cancel

Dhesi Trades LLC does not currently offer any subscription or auto-renewing product. Access is a one-time purchase, so there is no recurring billing and nothing to cancel.

If we ever add a recurring product, the cancel mechanism will be a single click inside the Whop account page. No phone call, no email to retain, no cancellation-by-letter requirement. That is the FTC click-to-cancel standard and we apply it preemptively.

7. Access after purchase

Access is granted the moment payment clears and stays available for the access term described at the time of purchase. Any materials made available for download remain your copy under the license granted at purchase. We don't recall downloaded files.

8. Changes to this policy

This policy applies to every purchase made on or after the last-updated date shown above. If we change it, existing customers are governed by the policy in effect at the time of their purchase, not the new one.
